Well that was interesting 20 mins done and I finally remembered how to run πŸ˜‚πŸ‘πŸΌ the last 5 were good the first 12.5 were horrid and I think I zoned out in the middle. But with aching legs and a pace no where near my new hero Tiggs I did it and that’s a blooming miracle compared to 6 weeks ago.

I can also report that everyone with a black hoody comes out Saturday to hangs out in dark places on foot paths. Some on their own.!!!! It was like the walking dead out there.

Wk7 Monday hmmmm.

Good run for you Brooko but sounds to me that a Saturday night is not a good time to run, you never know who might be hiding in those dark places on unlit footpaths., be careful where you run.

Not doing it again. πŸ€” a couple of times I did not know they were there until I was close. Just teenagers being teenagers but you are right.

You've done 25 minutes, so next week should hold no fears............if you can do it in daylight.

πŸ˜‚ it’s easier in the day not so many drunk smokers outside the pubs laughing at the runner.

Drink water the day before any run hydration helps with leg pain as well as electrolytes

Well done, you're doing great!.....I find running in the dark quite hard. Mainly because there are cyclists out there who think that if they are not on the road, they don't need any lights?!.....anyway, well done and enjoy week 7 πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ
