Couch to 5K

wk6r3 done!

just a quick blog to say I managed the whole 25 minutes! according to mapmyrun I did 3.23km in that time, due to a fair few inclines in the wood where I had to really slow up. I guess on a true flat I could have done about 3 1/2 km. I paced myself this time and really hit the sweet spot about 8 minutes in. It was much more achievable this time! Now on to week 7 where i will be able to really nail that 25 minutes! ;-)

I did it this morning as well - 25 whole minutes! You could watch a tv programme minus the ads in that time!
