Firstly, can I say a huge thank you for the support I received after my first post, where I just wasn’t feeling very motivated at all!! I don’t think I would have go to here with it! So Thankyou 😊
That was the beginning for week 6 and today I’ve completed week 6 ,albeit at a slow pace but I felt really proud that I managed 25 minutes without stopping. I didn’t give up even when my legs were hurting in that last minute! I still remember that daunting feeling in week 2 where I had to run 90seconds thinking oh god I’m never going to be able to run further than this ever! So to have achieved 25 mins is really something for me!!
Now to look forward to week 7! Fingers crossed it’s as good as today was for me.

Good luck with ur run on Thursday, I think we find the stop start ones harder because you get urself in a stride and want to just keep going. Well done, let us know how run 3 goes 😊
Well, what can I say? I am in week 2 and really feel the 90 seconds haha, so your 25 min sounds unachievable!!! and... you achieved it! Confratulations!!!! 👏🥂🍾
Honestly, I was the same - I would have a little alarm bell of dread in my head, but by week 3 I really started enjoying the runs and found my stride and got into it more. Fingers crossed you will feel the same to. Persevere with it! Enjoy them x
Thanks 😀. W2R3 just completed. Will wait until W3 and maybe, if I am lucky I will find my stride as well... It must be somewhere there, hidden among the fields 😉. On the bright side the lovely weather helps!
