Its funny as i was really ok for first 15mins but then decided slow down even more!! But it worked as if I should doubt this program it is amazing!!! Not going to think about all the other continuous runs going to just take day by day. Hip a bit sore so im taking 2 rest days. Enjoy everyone & trust the program!! O im really getting into these early morning runs home by 7.30am 👍

Omg 25mins...😱done😊!
Congratulations. If you can run 25 minutes once you can run it another 3 times. Good idea though to pay attention to aches and pains and take any extra rest days you need inbetween.
Another morning runner ! Excellent. Not just me then.
Take the extra rest day and when you get back out there just take it nice and slow.
Congratulations! Keep it up! Take care of your hip and have a good rest.
Ta i must get into strengthening my glutes now as i so want to keep running this time😊🏃🏃😊
We can do it this time! You are not alone
I changed my schedule (for now) from running 3x a week to at least 2x a week, as it sounds more manageable and it allows me to have 2 rest days between runs.
Thats a good idea i might have to do the same on these longer runs. Im ok if run/walk but the longer runs do go for my hip! No rush on us we will still make that podium 👍
I found out that I become stressed or pressured to run if I want to run 3x per week. When I have only two runs I have more flexibility and I tend to go when I want, not when I should / suppose to go. If you know what I mean.
Yeah i do know what you mean & i think you are spot on! Running is about finding whats right for you! Il be looking out for you tomorrow 😊
Well done you. My first 25 minute run tomorrow morning. I love running 🏃 in the morning, it sets me up for the whole day. It’s going to rain ☔️ tomorrow and I don’t even mind. I’m still going to run. Enjoy your rest days.
