After missing the early start due to the condition's very humid and muggy,plus a thunderstorm forecasted I ventured out @ 19:30 and can gladly confirm that my next run will be WK7R1 on Sat.

Well done it was so humid tonight wasn't it.
Hi, thanks, it wasn't as bad as earlier in the day but I managed to do it. Probs was there were lots of other runners / joggers out as well and they all passed me as if I was standing still. But carry on regardless I too can keep up with them one day .
