Laura says I’m now ‘officially a runner’, so now I’m smiling.... well beaming actually! Who’d have thought it a few short weeks ago. And I managed a sprint at the end.
The long run in Wk5 gave me confidence that this one was do-able and the tips from those who have gone before me gave me little nuggets in my head to help keep gremlins at bay.
Great start to the day. All those running today, enjoy!

Amazing, well done. Did mine yesterday, it’s quite stunning what you can do in six weeks isn’t it? Six weeks ago I was struggling with 90 seconds, and now, like you, I can sprint at the end of a 25 minutes run. Glad you said Laura told you to sprint, I thought it might just have been Jo Whiley being evil!
A great start to your day...move on steadily and slowly as you head into the next weeks... The lovely longer runs are here and your newly forming running legs can start doing what they have worked up to... they can begin to find their own special happy pace
