First 5min of jog felt sluggish, then was ok was really looking forward to this run, but yesterday I decided to help a family member out and put up 3 piece furniture flat pack, so I was acheing like mad , and the Hamstrings on both legs was tight with the rest of body, lol
Just goes to show using different muscles in different ways can be achey, so I thought no Determination will win and didnt put run off my run, as the app kicks in and Laura says ok you will be running for ##mins,
I went into that Zone and nailed it,aswell the PA says on last 60sec go faster if you can and finish on a high so I did and it felt good ,but you know about it too,when you cool down.ππ―πββοΈ
