New to this forum but found it so helpful. I’ve done a bit of running in the past but not enjoyed it & I really hated it at school! Now coming at this C25K with a totally different mindset and sticking with it. The first 3 weeks have been a mixed bag - some runs much better than others but I’ve loved getting outdoors in all weathers. Slightly daunted at the prospect of week 4 (tomorrow) but I will take it slow & steady. Thanks to all you fellow runners on this forum, if it wasn’t for you I probably would have given up by now!

Great for getting to the end of wk3. Apart from the structured running plan this forum really is a great place to be. Like you say some runs feel better than others but that's ok. Make sure you go slow and keep well hydrated 7 days a week not just on run days.

C25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here good luck 😊😊

Slow and steady is good. Think of each run just as you reach it and don't worry about what comes after that - the plan does work

We have been there too Beth! It’s great to encourage one another to achieve our goals! Don’t be daunted ever by the next run. All the runs before have prepared you for the new one. Take the first one on a new week nice and slow knowing you can do it!!
