Ok so now Iβm going to have to start thinking about getting the running shoes I promised myself if I got to week 4π
Having read this forum for a while and researching I know I should go to a reputable running shop to get some properly fitted.
So, hopefully, they will be better stocked than the supermarket is today!ππ
2 things I have learned today:
1/ All underwear is NOT created equal in regards to running!
And,
2/ running after eating a meal is considerably harder and Iβll not do that again!
