Just completed Week 3 this morning and I’m very surprised to say that I found it went well and can see improvement already - who would’ve thought it!

I’ve been tracking all my runs on Strava and although I’m disappointed that I haven’t beaten my times today, I’m starting to understand that you have some good days and some not so good! Nonetheless, I feel great after today’s run and looking forward to Week 4 💪🏼

Slightly apprehensive of the idea of running 5 minutes non stop, but judging by all the successful posts I’m sure I can do it 🏃🏻‍♀️

Well done Bumblebee. I used to be apprehensive but im on week 6 now and know that I will complete the program. Just keep going!

Do you recommend Strava? Ive heard of it but not tried as yet.

Thank you! I’m sure the both of us can do it!

I would definitely recommend Strava, I’ve been seeing slow improvements in distance, speed and times. I would say it’s given me a good benchmark each week to see slow progress - also I’ll know when I’ve been able to run my first 5K! 😁

I was more worried about going straight into a 3 minute run, but with a brisk warm up it was fine. The 5 minute seemed easy by comparison!

Well done bumblebee26. Don’t be apprehensive about running for 5 minutes. Try not to think of it in time. Good luck for the rest of the program. 😀
