New to the forum and back to running after a long time away from it. Haven’t exercised in a while but have really enjoyed it so far and determined to carry on. Definitely seeing an improvement in my fitness and although I’ve not actually lost any weight, I can see a change in my body shape. Encouraged by the posts on here- and absolutely believe it can be our mind rather than body that holds us back. Looking forward to W4r1 on Tuesday. I CAN do this

I start Week 4 on Monday, and I have to say that I AM starting to enjoy it!

The better weather and lighter mornings do make a difference too.

Keep up the good work!

Same here, just finished Week 3 and yesterday’s run was by far the best - am starting to enjoy it. Something I never thought would happen. Well done and keep running.

Welcome, and well done for starting. Here's hoping you start to enjoy it soon, I think I did at about week 4 😊 (and you're right, it's so much about the gremlins, but you can defeat them)
