Hi, just to introduce myself, I am 46 and far too fat and lazy for my own good. I used to run as an undergraduate too many years ago but have since become too sedentary. Just started the C25K here in Norfolk uk, there was an advert in the parish magazine saying someone was organising a group. At last, I thought, just the kick up the bum needed. So here I am.

Great for getting started. Just go slow and make sure you're drinking plenty water 7 days a week not just on run days. C25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here good luck 😊
