We did it!!! My daughter and I set off nervously to attempt week 5 run 3 last night. She said to me before we set off “Trust the program,”we did and it worked. The first 10 minutes went by so quickly I was surprised. By 15 mins I was a little tired but I knew I could do it and I was delighted when we completed the run. The buzz is still with me today. 😃 thanks for all the advice about the gait analysis and new shoes. My knees are fine today.

Take care with week 6 run 1, some people find it a tricky one, going back to walking intervals. You can do it though, just stay slow and think positive.

Thank you for the advice. I do keep having a peek at what’s ahead and I’ve noticed a lot of people say week 6 is tricky. I will take it easy.....well its all I can do haha
