I strangely did the same today, I thought I struggled so much with running for 60secs I though no way can I do 90 but I did and it was amazing!😊 well done to us both🤩
Me too! Week 2 Run 1 for me this morning. I was shocked that 90 seconds didn’t feel any harder (well, not much anyway) than 60! And it was nice that since we are running longer each time we don’t have as many repetitions to get through.
When I was running I was thinking about foot strike and concentrating on that (Laura says to do heel strike but I’ve read that’s outdated and it should be more mid-foot) so that kept me distracted. Then Laura brought up the topic of breathing, and counting your breaths, which was WAY TOO HARD for me to do, but it did distract me from running!
