I am finally a graduate 👩‍🎓😁😁

[Onewomanscrusade]

With a twist of tension and a touch of excitement I finally completed w9r3 this afternoon. I don’t know how, but I knew I would do it. Even with competition from the alcohol sweats, following a pre-birthday lunch with my ladies yesterday, I did indeed trot along for 30 mins, fairly comfortably.

I then proceeded to grin at anyone crazy enough to look in my direction, as if somehow they could tell I had just graduated in my running programme.

And as well as everyone on this forum giving tips and advice carrying me through my aches and pains, I also had super buds helping to carry me psychologically though it, mostly in the form of JAZZYRUNNER🤩 and CHOOSINGHAPPY 🤩. My dearest Runettes it’s been a pleasure, hopefully one we will continue with, for the many runs to come. 🙏🙏.

And in case you missed it, I am now a graduate 🎓🥂🥳

Isn't C25k wonderful. Well done for completing the program. That fixed grin is crazy isnt it, we all have it after Wk9 Running is excellent for mind and body, and you can do it when and where you want, how you want. A liberating thing to be able to do.

It’s actually my cat. She’s very fluffy with slim legs so she looks like she’s got big puffy pants on, and her name’s Margo. Her brother Jerry is the George Clooney of cats!

You’ll have to let us know when you run the full 5K. It took me ages and my PB is 36.47. Of course you could be doing it already - so all hail you if you are! 😊😊😊
