Week 9 run 2 was not good, but today I really enjoyed it. My route was lovely, just enough wind to keep me cool. My target was 5km and not 30min, did it in 34min. This is the best program. It works. I am nearly 50 and never ever did any sport or exercise. I thuoght I had bad knees. lol! I manage the 9 weeks without any injuries, only twice repeated runs. it is a successful program, but 90% comes from all of you on the forum will all the advice and encouragement, that is what made me succeed. many thanks to my friend who introduce me to c25k. now 10k!! New runners. don´t give up, don´t worry if you have a bad run, keep going and move forward, it works. no pain no gain!
