Completed by W9R3 .. But the podcast stopped after 20 mins and I didn't had any idea of the time and stopped which I felt was 30 mins. when I checked my run it was 29:25 mins, but I had completed 5k distance. Below is the run snapshot for this week. Am I a graduate ?

Well done I'm still inching towards the 30 minute 5K just about on 33 minutes for 5K.
