After a few days resting up due to a cough and tight chest, got myself up and out this morning armed with a new playlist and my inhaler. Although Iβd wanted to finish the plan running somewhere lovely, I knew I wouldnβt really have time before work and have been desperate to graduate so I ran my usual route. It turned out to be lovely anyway - passing the usual people on their way to work, familiar dog walkers, past the shops, round the park, past the pub and then down the long main road, grinning all the way. Ordinary but somehow comforting. So happy to finish. Planning a run in the woods with my dog at the weekend which Iβm looking forward to.
( canβt believe I think things like that now - so not me!!)
At the risk of sounding βOscar nightβ, thank you to everyone on this forum for your support, encouragement and for sharing your experiences and advice. I would never have completed this without being part of this community.

Congratulations on completing the program Sarahππππ
A Graduation Run is never an ordinary run...πall those times you went out and worked hard, in the cold etc. have culminated in your Wk9 R3 run and as you say it was your 'usual' routeπ..you sound like a proper runner!
Lots more fun to be had now you can run for 30 minutes...here is a link to a post suggesting what to do next....
Nice one! So pleased for you. I know exactly what you mean about wanting to make it all "special" and then you're like "No, I want to do it more than I care about that" Onward and upward!
Haha yes thatβs exactly how it was. Had my first post graduate run this morning. Iβm amazed that I seem to have this drive to run !!! I really donβt know where itβs come from !
Thank you so much!! Had my first post grad run this morning - next goal to try and get to 5k (slowly of course!) Look forward to seeing you at the finish line soon ! ππ
