I am a GRADUATE!!!!

Ran 5k in 33 minutes this afternoon! So pleased, it was a good run too seeing as though I had to talk myself into doing it.

My partner has been running with me (he's fitter and faster than me) and is now pushing me to go further. I' m doing the Race for Life on M

June 12th and there is a 10 k race in Derby in October!,,

Think I will do the 5k first though.

Can't believe the difference in my stamina, 5 k was a diddle this afternoon!
