Snuck off to the gym at 7.30 this morning leaving the rest of the house in bed. And yes! I completed my graduation run.
This is massive for me as I attempted the programme this time last year only to end up on the ic with torn ligaments (note to all don't run down the sides of farmers fields with tractor furrows). I made it to week 7 then and not to return until March.
But this time I did it. Next step, a cup of tea building up to 5k and long term goal of the great North run 2017. Got to move it outside next week. Hopefully first park run a week tomorrow.
To anyone just starting out, this is a brilliant plan and everyone here on the forum is there for you. You can do it!

Congratulationsπ Still trying to get out of the door to do mine, procrastinating for 4 hours now. House is clean, car is at the garage for its annual service, washing is done. Not sure why I can't go yet π. Will get out and join you as a graduate soon....ish.
