Week 1 Run 3 done!

I had a terrible stitch towards the end: between last 2 runs and I found it tough! Tougher than run 2... but it’s done 💪🏼

Great, you've completed wk1. Getting a stitch would say you're going to fast. Next time slow down and that should stop that from happening. Well done you 😊😊

Thank you! I definitely slowed down my pace considerably towards the end 😨 I guess the main thing is I didn’t stop!?

Well done x

Well done, stitch usually means slow down a bit

Well done. I've just done week 1 as well. Slowing down helped me. Good luck for week 2!
