Week 3 Run 1 DONE!!!!

Well it seems that after all 3 minutes isn't that long after all, with the help of the divine Jo I actually found it easier than the week 2 runs and even managed an extra 90 second run after the last 3 minuter. Some people who have always had a high level of fitness might scoff at being happy to run for just 3 minutes but all of us in this forum who spent so many years on the couch, we know......

You will do it as well, I think the fact you only run 4 times makes it seem easier then W2.

Indeed we do, well done Chris, stick to the plan and you will be shocked at how quickly that 3 minutes gets a zero after it :)
