I am on holiday and hadn’t done any runs since I came on Thursday but planned one this morning. Didn’t really fancy it but read some of the recent comments on here and it really resonated with me. So trainers on and I did week 5 run two along a beach path. It was wonderful to run along the coast and doing a completely new route was great. I even turned my music off and just enjoyed being out. Thank you all. Loved the map of my run too! 😎🏃‍♀️😊

I get this a lot. It's to do with where the map places the average tide line. I went for a walk on my local beach yesterday when the tide was out and the map on Strata looks like I was wading through waves the whole time; which it being the Firth of Forth, is not something I'd do at any time of the year...

Hey Annieapple. Great to hear from you. I’ve lost a bit of time as hadn’t run since last Wednesday but back on track now. Got to get up and out early as it’s very hot here 🏃‍♀️😎 you keep at it to!

It was so different running along the coast and with steps. I’m used to flat runs!
