Good evening everyone,
I would like to listen to a podcast instead of music for my next run.
Would anyone be willing to share some of their favourites to inspire me?

Depends what you’re in to. The main ones I listen to are:
Metal Up Your Podcast - a fantastic duo in the music business who discuss all things Metallica and the wider music business.
Casefile - for all things true crime
Everybody is Awful - a very grumpy and not always politically correct US comedian ranting about anything from Facebook posts, inspirational quotes, dating profiles and people at the gym.
I love The High Low! Also Table Manners with Jessie Ware 🙂 both hilarious!
Serial is really good ....and search for who you like on Desert Island Discs 😀
Peter crouch podcast is decent and funny, lasts about 45 mins but obviously talk a lot of football 👍🏻
I'm engrossed in Tunnel 29 on BBC Sounds at the mo'.
No such thing as a fish is probably my favourite... by some of the fact finders from QI
I love podcasts for when I drive and agree True Crime Casefile and Serial are both brilliant. I decided to listen to one the other day instead of music and found it a little eerie listening to details of a grisly murder whilst running alone in a field...! Maybe stick to the upbeat ones!
Buck Off Banter (it’s horsey, but freaking hilarious)
I listen to happy place (with Fern Cotton). It is such a lovely accompaniment to beautiful scenery whilst running.
I listen to the RunPod podcast, really enjoy it!
BBC Sounds App - Desert Island discs, The Food Program, Gardener’s Question Time, Woman’s Hour, World of Mouth - & many many more. BBC radio4 - more choice than I will ever have time for! 😄
Dr Rangan Chatterjee has some really interesting guests who are inspirational for more exercise, life changes etc
Saturday Live (Radio 4) is good because you get a mix of everything, different guests each week, one celeb's inheritance tracks, as well as listener's stories. Each podcast is around 85 minutes so might last you two runs.
