Morning all. I missed my last post due to manic family life however im still alive!
WEEK5 Now that was a surprise! When Mr Johnson said at the beginning of the week that id be doing 3 different runs i paid no mind...
Then today. 5 mins walk 8 mins run and repeat...i didnt think id be able to do it but towards the end i could feel myself wanting to push further ahead!

Well done Waylander85 on completing the first two different runs of week 5 of C25K, glad you don't look ahead to what run is next until you listen to the instructions from your coach who is Michael Johnson, I bet you are wondering what is run 3 of week 5!!??
Keep going my friend. Even when you have a bad run, know that it all adds up, it's all additional mileage and body strengthening. I too have a manic family life and can't always get out to run when I want, but just do what you can when possible and pace yourself
