Run completed this morning, didn't think I'd be able to do the 8 minutes in one go...but managed. Looking forward (with trepidation) for my next run on Friday. What? 20 minutes non stop? You've got to be kidding!...lol

well done for r2 and you can definitely do r3!!

Brilliant! I think everyone worries about w5r3 but you'll be absolutely fine. Just trust yourself and the programme: You'll smash it!

Make sure you are hydrated, it will somehow be fine, no problem, don't ask me how it works, its obviously magic.
