So completed wk 5 run 2 last night. Was feeling worried about this run but first 8 mins not to bad however felt tired last 2 mins of second 8 min run. Now feeling a bit anxious about Fridays 20 min run! Everyone that’s done week 5 is the 20 min run really as hard as it sounds?

No. It's uber daunting but completely achievable. Start out even slower than you'd normally do if you're in any doubt about getting to the end. If I remember rightly you get motivating talks at 5, 10 and 15 minutes so it's broken down quite nicely for you.

Hi ClaraSP how did it go Friday as I did my week 5 run 3 today it was hard but I did it, very slow but didn't stop!
me too 8 mins to 20 seems a big leap , will just give it my best (at tortoise speed no doubt) and hope I can keep going. Good luck
Yeah did it*** lovely morning , empty rec, snail run but got through and feeling ok - amazing myself after about 50 years of not running , getting the bug now
