Taken a while to get here but completed week 4 πŸ₯³ nervous re week 5 but I felt like that at week 4 start so I guess I have to trust the plan 😝

You probably don't realise this, but Week 4 is the biggest jump in total running time in the whole program and sets you perfectly for Week 5 and the other weeks. Week 5 is simply a logical continuation of Week 4 - have no fears! Your body is ready for it. Week 5 is more a mental challenge.

You'll be fine!

Don't be nervous!... it's not as bad as it reads... and I don't know about you but i didnt think i would get past week 1... and here i am on week6....

I was nervous about week5 as it seems a jump but it's do-able... you will do it and feel like an athlete afterwards... the high of W5r3 is immense....

Go for it and enjoy :-)
