Title says it all really! In terms of the step up, this week seems easier than W3.

Week 5 next. Quite like the idea of R1, seems manageable from where I am now. Not too sure about R3 though, that really does look like a step up. Just have to see what happens!!!

It's all leading up to run 3. Don't forget run 2 is 16 minutes and you should also factor in the time spent walking. Good luck and have fun running.

I've just done R1 W5 tonight. Must admit R3 seems like a massive step up and way more difficult than anything so far but guess we have to trust the experts! Good luck!
