Wow, that was a tough week! I found the last five minute run quite exhausting, but pushed through each time- what a great feeling! I feel like my stamina has improved so much since week 1, its amazing how well C25K works! I'm looking forward to a rest over the weekend, but I feel so happy that I didn't give up even though I really (REALLY) wanted to. I've had to learn how to ignore that little voice in my head that keeps telling me to stop...isn't it weird what your brain does to you π€£ Have a great weekend everyone! x

Week 4 done!
I have also finished week 4 ... We are almost halfway and we have done the most difficult (i Hope π€) begining from zero !!! So lets go for week 5 !!! ππΌππΌ
Well done on finishing week 4! How did you find it? I've just done the first run of week 5 and found it much easier than the week 4 runs...although I might not be saying that when I get to run 3 (20 mins all at once eek!) π₯΅ Let me know how you get on! x
I have planned my first 5 week for today or tomorrow (afternoon) I think it would be ok because it is very similar to w4- I will tell you !!. From now on, I will only be able to tun twice per week so you are going to be ahead of me .... so you have to keep me informed if it is very hard or not π
