This is getting serious now. I expected to drop out in week 3 or 4. Now week 6 is staring me in the face! Eek! But wow! Who knew how amazing this feels?
Mind you, I'm slower than slow. It's more a shuffle than a run. But hey, I'm off that couch! π

Well done! I am really slow too but it's the only way I could complete the runs. I'm so over how slow I am haha. I'm sure the pace will come when we are graduates π
Strava says 9.26/km for wk5r3 but I honestly don't take much notice of it. I think it will improve naturally. I know what you mean tho. When I look straight ahead I feel like I'm getting nowhere. My legs throbbing afterwards tell a different story π
Slow is also very cool (there's a lot of cool peeps on here). I have mastered both the shuffle and the plod. They're both so much better than the couch-based relax and recline.π
