W5R3 in the bag!

This is getting serious now. I expected to drop out in week 3 or 4. Now week 6 is staring me in the face! Eek! But wow! Who knew how amazing this feels?

Mind you, I'm slower than slow. It's more a shuffle than a run. But hey, I'm off that couch! πŸ˜ƒ

I'm slow too but as you say we're far from on the couch. Well done πŸ˜€

Well done! I am really slow too but it's the only way I could complete the runs. I'm so over how slow I am haha. I'm sure the pace will come when we are graduates 😊

What's your pace. Mine was 10.49 minute per km. I swear I walk faster than that! πŸ˜‚

Strava says 9.26/km for wk5r3 but I honestly don't take much notice of it. I think it will improve naturally. I know what you mean tho. When I look straight ahead I feel like I'm getting nowhere. My legs throbbing afterwards tell a different story πŸ˜€

Shuffle as much as you like! I shuffled for an age but it matters not. Slow is absolutely fine for this caper. You'll see!

Week 6 is a tricky beggar. No getting away from it. Take it slow and you'll crack it

Good luck. Have fun!

Slow is also very cool (there's a lot of cool peeps on here). I have mastered both the shuffle and the plod. They're both so much better than the couch-based relax and recline.πŸ˜‰

Go you. You're doing great!
