Congratulations Goldieju on running run 3 of week5, yes those new shoes would help a lot, much more comfortable than normal trainers, that 20 minute run is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to runs 1 and 2 of week 6 as they have interval walks and runs which have been known to catch out some runners after the non stop 20 minute run of week 5, run 3 of week 6 is back again to non stop running with no walking but it's 25 minutes.
