First ‘run’

I downloaded the app in January and for one reason or another kept putting off using it. Today I took the plunge and completed week 1 run 1. I took to the park at 6.30am and being a bank holiday I was the only one there! I am so unfit and doubted if I could make it, but I managed to complete it. Is there anyone else starting out this week?

🤣🤣😂 that’s superb re starting this at 0630 on a Bank Holiday - mega respect ✊👏👏! W1R1 is the hardest of all so stick with the programme, keep using the forum and in a few weeks the only regret you’ll have is that you didn’t start C25K earlier! Welcome aboard and enjoy!
