Happy to report that run 2 of week 6 was a great success! I'd be lying if I said I enjoyed it ( ok, maybe when Michael finally said that I could walk!) but I did it and the only reason I needed to stop is because I was boiling hot despite going out at 08.25! I'm not sure whether to do run 2 again or go straight the the 25 min run- Any thoughts?

If you wish to run run 2 of week 6 again that is OK, but if you are happy with that run go on to run 3 which is 25 minutes non stop, if you were happy running run 3 of week 5, the 25 minutes of week 6 should be fine.

Great job. 25 minutes next! You’ve done the tricky intervals, you can do 25... maybe you’ll even enjoy it?! Nothing wrong with enjoying it at the point that it’s over of course!
I'm downloading some old 70's tunes now to help me through it! A bit of American Pie would definitely help at this point!

Well done. Just go for it. I struggled through W6R1 as a lot of people seem to. W6R2 was much better and R3 was liberating. You’re ready for this. Go for it. 🏃♀️😊
