Did anyone else find this run (2 x 10 mins) harder than week 5 run 3 (1 x 25 mins)? Not sure if it was just my mental state or what but I almost gave up yet I did the 25 mins run and it was tough but I didn't feel like giving up.

Hi, I personally think the walk break really messes with your head in this run - especially after your last run had no stop in it. I also found it messed with my running rhythm so i did not stop running i just slowed down through the walk session and then continued.

Hi I have that run today seems to be getting harder and I also found the 25min run a hard slog slow n steady is the way best of luck

I meant 20 mins on week 5 not 25 mins! Still have the 25 mins run to do next!
