It is... So, stick with it.. slow down, relax into the runs and begin to find that happy pace...as the runs get longer you will find that it all comes together wonderfully!
Walks are our saviour. The programme knows Best. stick to it and do the walks! They're there for a good reason as you'll find out as the sessions get harder
It takes most people about 10 minutes to warm up and settle their breathing, so yes a break at that stage is a bit annoying, but don't worry, you don't get any more walking breaks.......... running all the way from now on.
Ha ha...I don't remember ever thinking that about the walking!! Although I can understand where you're coming from...but the programme has been thought out well, so the walking bits are there for a reason...trust it & you'll be flying..you're doing fab...in a few weeks you'll be wishing for a walk!!!! π€π
Week 6 is a feisty little sucker, but this is giving you the strength for W7 and beyond. Well done and happy running
Definitely stick with the programme. I remember feeling a little deflated with week 6 after completing Week 5 Run 3. But the programme is carefully designed to make sure you are successful and hopefully injury free. You'll be more than ready for week 6 run 3.
