So that second 3 minute run was jolly hard! ๐Ÿ˜ฎ The first 3 minute one was fine, but I was pretty disheartened by how hard I found the second one. I was pretty much crawling by the end of it, even though I think I went pretty slow throughout. Laura and sheer bloody mindedness made me finish it, but really not looking forward to repeating the experience after my rest day ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

Well done for sticking with it! ENJOY your rest day & come R2 just get out there & tackle it again. Your brain will remember that you did it before! Keep it slow, remember you LOVE running ๐Ÿคฃ & distract yourself by planning a holiday or counting red cars or looking at plants...whatever it takes but you CAN do it... you just did!!

Well done you. Remember itโ€™s all about building you up. You are doing amazingly so keep positive and that sheer bloody mindedness. You can do the 5k just as I can. Itโ€™s all about building towards it by doing the runs when required. If it was easy no one would do it. Keep going ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ

Get some gentle exercise in on your rest day..non impact strength and flex:) Relax as you head out on your next run..slow and steady. :) You are doing wonderfully!

Well done, you did it!

Every run is training for the next one, even if it was tough.

Keep looking forward with a positive attitude. Each run makes you stronger.

Pace yourself and it all becomes so much easier.

Keep at it MummyTum the reward is great and well worth the effort. How ever slow you think you are going - try to slow down some more - I promise you that you cannot go too slow and the aim is always to finish the runs and not to go faster! Your doing great - keep it up and keep posting on here after each run the support and motivation you will get will really help!
