I've just completed W5R2 and I'm so pleased with myself. I dont ever remember being able to run for more than 60 seconds (always avoided any running when in school so this a biggie for me). Couldnt wait to come home and tell my husband! I even surprised myself by not being out of breath after the 1st 8 minutes and even more surprised when I managed the second. So happy. :) Let's hope I feel like this after sundays run.
