I have completed w9r3 of the C25k today now have got to decide where we go from here. Its got to be 10k next and possible a sponsored run to put it to good use. Onward and upwards just hope legs don't let me down.

do take some time to consolidate first - 2 or 3 repetitions of week 9 should do it
you need a "pause " from the relentless push push of C25K and get those KMs cemented in your legs
then there is the bridge to 10k forum where you will see many familiar faces and lots of nice support and motivation as with here

Consolidation now Runs and more runs; also maybe,mix it up too, short ones, 30 minutes and some lovely long runs.. slow and steady as well The longer runs the slow ones are the ones that continue building everything up

Then after a couple of weeks, maybe move across to Bridge to 10K where you will find support and encouragement as you move on.
