I did it!!!

Not a big poster but have completed the 9 weeks today! I put a pair of trainers on the 4th of January and have got up every second day thru rain, gale force winds, snow, ice and occasionally dry sunny days! I'm hoping to do my first parkrun on Saturday. I think I might actually like running! Lots more weight to lose & a tortoise rather than a hare but we can all do it!

You must be determined if you ran every other day for the whole programme - sometimes I need an extra rest day (or something else gets in the way).

I'm just going to try and stick to three 30 min runs a week for the moment. Might try the c25k + podcasts. I'm going to try and find some different routes as well -slightly bored of the two routes I do at the moment!

Just to enjoy my running really. Going to try and stick to 3 runs a week. A friend has mentioned doing the race for life together so might do that. Might try the c25k+ podcasts.
