I did it!!!

I have just completed week 5 run 3 and I can’t quite believe it, I’ve been putting it off for the last 2 days and for the first 5 minutes my legs felt like lead but I got through it. As an added bonus I got my first good morning from another runner today! I am actually feeling like a runner right now and it feels good!

I bet you feel very good, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃 😊 👍

Thanks, I’ve heard week 6 can catch you out a bit, thanks for the heads up!

Of course you're a runner. 20 minutes non stop that's brilliant . 😊😊

Massive congratulations! I never thought I’d be able to do it and so I feel your sense of accomplishment. Anything now is really the garnish. You’ve probably done the hardest run (after w1r1), you’re just gradually adding to it now. You’ve done the hard work, you’re practically there now.

Thanks! Never thought I'd get this far, when I first tried a couple of years ago I didn't get past week one!

That’s exactly the same as me. I tried some podcast version and gave up half way through w1r1. Having said that I was in the most uneven field in the world and wearing jeans! I didn’t come back to it until this year. The app is so much better.
