First run after completing Couch to 5k on Sunday I knew I had a bit left in the locker after my 30min run on Sunday, felt good today so thought I would see what was in there. Was not expecting this, first 5k completed....buzzing! Now time for a couple of 30min consolidation runs to complete my 3 runs this week then another 5k next Wednesday 🏃‍♂️

Great work Logan. This programme is great isn’t it. Never thought I’d be able to run 5K.

I’ve recently graduated and am running 3 x 5K as my 1st weeks consolidation runs. I completed my 2nd today. After reading your post I’m wondering am I overdoing it?? I’d be interested in what the more experienced runners think.
