Congratulations Dooze.... that face says it all really! Can totally appreciate the sheer elation...!
Thatβs what I did for the first two months after graduating... kept bashing out the 5Kβs, chipping away at the times and finally went sub-30:00 this week.
On a 5K > 10K training programme now and already feeling comfortable with how itβs progressing.
Well done Dooze - and such a happy face to show it!
Do go get your shiny graduate badge through the pinned posts on the right side

Congratulations and very well doneπ. I've gone back to listening to week one, and am running the whole time but faster for the 60 second bursts! Try it for fun!? x
Just saw your most recent post and realised Iβd missed this do wanted to congratulate you here. What a great photo! Iβve heard the Brighton 10k is a good one: my cousin suggested I travel down and run it with her next year. I might just see you there!!
Oh my, well done you. I have W9R3 to do at the weekend and aiming to make it a parkrun event. Like you, not sure I've actually quite hit 5k yet but must be pretty close. Let's hope it's raining!! Keep running and again well done.
