Started the challenge today! Feeling good!

After many weeks of giving myself reasons for not starting the C25K I got going this morning! It was tough at times -run5 was hard! Now I’m feeling good for it and looking forward to Thursday morning to do it again!

Aim is to tone up, get fit, loose some weight and to do a Parkrun by end of September - I’ll be 49 by then so want to get fitter for 50!

Anyone starting this week and want to join me?

Thanks- I can see there’s good support on here! I’m going into town to find a more support (involving elastic material and good over shoulder harnessing!) xx

Over shoulder harnessing is very important for some of us! - M&S do some good front fastening scaffolding , some people swear by Shock Absorber but there are loads of others. Just be aware that what you need for running may not be the same size as you wear normally!. Happy running!
