So I finally mustered the motivation to complete the first run :|

After returning home feeling like I was about to pass out, I now feel pleased I managed to do it.

Is it normal that the sides of my stomach are sore? Haha

I'm curious though... you felt like passing out??

Were you out of breath/panting etc when you finished the last 1 minute JOG?

From a pace point of view, did you consider yourself to be running or jogging?
