Well thats it....I've bitten the bullet and completed my first run and to my surprise I managed to compete it!! I know there's a long way to go but what is it that they say 'slow and steady wins the race!!'

Well done on completing the first run!! Slow and steady is definitely the way to go - there is no such speed as 'too slow'. Just run at a pace that is comfortable for you and you'll progress without even realising it.

Good luck for Run 2!

Slow and steady is indeed very good! :) It's got me all the way to week 8 - still very slow and steady too.

Well done! I completed week 1 tonight. After the first run I thought I'd struggle badly, but I plodded on.

Doesn't matter what pace you go. Just do whatever you need to complete it. Enjoy the rest day tomorrow. You've earned it!
