Week 1 run 1

A hot day but I did it.

I don’t think I could have done any more but I managed to run when I was supposed too.

Feeling exhausted but happy.

The running surprised me at first that I could do it.

I’ll be going again the day after tomorrow- I wonder if it will feel different

Well done you on such a hot day too. I’m on week 2 but remember I struggled with W1R2 for some reason but I’m sure you will be great

I’m aching a bit now. You’ve made it to week 2 - brilliant. I just felt so determined today. Hopefully w1r2 will be fine

Epsom Salts bath excellent for that. Walk tomorrow...simplest way to stop the stiffness

Brilliant and well done, you've left the starting blocks 👏👏👏. My own personal experience was that the next run was easier which I put down to my anxiety about it had lifted and I was more confident that I might, just, be able to do it again! Enjoy 🚶‍♂️🏃‍♂️🚶‍♂️
