Today was WK5R3 which appears to scare everybody. As I got ready I realised the worse that could happen was I didn't complete the run and if that happened I would have to do it again so nothing really to worry about. The first 10mins were like every other run, my legs ached from the first step and my body yelled at me to stop. Then suddenly my legs stopped aching and I felt the best I had on any run. The last couple of minutes I was puffing a bit but the run was so much better than I was expecting

Fantastic achievement! I'm two days away from that run and exited/nervous.

Thank you, be excited, not nervous as I said in the post the worse that can happen is you don't do it and have to try again but I'm sure you will be fine and might even enjoy it

Well done. I was so dreading each running bit when there were walks in the earlier weeks. After this run I just didn’t want any walks any more!!

Enjoy the next run - don’t get caught thinking it is easier because of the walking bits.

Thank you, I was thinking the next couple of runs look easier because of the walks but after your comments I will make sure I'm prepared

You can certainly do them. But they aren’t as easy as they look.
