Fantastic, really well done and great encouragement for anyone who is feeling nervous about this run. I am totally rubbish at getting up early too, I WILL do a sunrise run one day... π
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran π π π
I'm one ahead of you, w6r1 is so much easier on the mind, just more of what you're used to, I actually thought I had another five minutes to go when Jo Whiley told me to stop!
