Hi everyone,

I completed wk5r3 yesterday (amazing feeling!) but at the end of the session it was suggested that I re-run this week again. Did anyone else re-run wk5 or did you say "woohoo I am unstoppable!" and throw yourself in to wk6? The earlier runs of wk 6 seem roughly on par with the 'shorter' runs of wk 5...

Thanks! x

Who suggested that you repeat the run?

My understanding of the plan is that if you complete a run then move on, giving due respect to tricksy W6R1.

It was said at the end of the podcast that "you might want to consider re-running week 5 again as the runs in the following weeks get more intense and we don't want you to exhaust yourself before you've built yourself up to them" but I think I'll be ok going straight in to wk 6 on Monday though.

I don't remember that.

Move on, you will be fine if you go good and slow.

I redid W5R3 a couple of days ago – I only had time for a short run and was trying a new route so wanted some guidance about the time – and the podcast/app does indeed say that. I hadn't remembered it from before, so I was quite surprised to hear it.

I have literally just got back from wk5r3, I cannot believe I did it! If you managed the run yesterday then you can totally do next week, I'm going to power on!

There is no reason to repeat so move to week 6 (where I am) slow and steady 👍 well done
